I have been playing at pulsz for a pretty long time now and have never tried to cash out until recently. I won a little over $5000 so I tried redeeming $5000 and a $250 Coinbase gift card. My account has been verified for months prior to me trying to redeem so I didn't think I'd have an issue because everyone I know has gotten theirs the next day no problem. It's been over a week and I haven't gotten paid.

A couple days after I tried to redeem they sent me an email asking for a photo of the front and back of 7 different cards I have used to fund the account. Most of the 7 card were prepaid cards but I had 3 of the 7 cards on the list that I took the photos of and I also included 4 more cards that I had used to fund my account in the past that they didn't ask for that way I was still giving them a total of 7. I got a automatic reply. And that's it. It's been another 5 days now and nothing back from them. I've sent email with no response back have tried to call but was not able to leave a message and I'm really starting to worry I'm not going to get paid.

Finally received my gift card. Now I'm just waiting on my $5000. Really hope it's soon.

I have now received my $5000 redemption. That makes it everything I was waiting on from them.. sort of a stupid ordeal making me verify they ways I funded my account even though my account was already verified and had been for several months. I guess they do that if you go over a certain threshold.... But then why does that effect my gift card... I don't know.

I'm just really happy that I got them both and I didn't have to jump through anymore hoops to get it.
