After winning $565 dollars i attempted to verify my account in order to withdrawal the winnings. After i submitted my verification, my account was locked. I have written multiple emails to their support team and have not been given an understanding of why this is happening. I don’t understand how i can deposit money but unable to now withdraw.
The company is saying that i opened a different account with them. Which is untrue- i logged in to my account that they supposedly closed. Deposited hundreds of dollars but was denied after trying to withdraw.
