Hello, I recently won $3200 tried to cash out then was asked to verify I attempted to verify. Received nothing it’s been over 3 days. Then I log on today to speak to support I’m locked out and need to contact support. Spent over $1000 playing and can’t cash out won’t verify and locked me out. I have multiple screenshots between me and a representative from pulzs and received nothing when not trying to verify or even see why the account is locked. I genuinely hope that this is all resolved quickly.
