I wanted to redeem my winnings on Pulsz so I verified my ID and then my account was locked and am now unable to get back in or redeem. I’ve called customer service and emailed them and no one has back to me. I had about $1000 in winnings. I’ve used Pulsz before and never had these kinds of problems before. Hopefully someone can help, thanks!
