I won a jackpot for $63,930 on November 3, 2022. I had an existing balance making my total winnings $71,412.18 as shown at the bottom of the photo. My redemption request was for $70,000. I am a fully verified user and have made redemptions successfully in the past with no issues. I even played after the redemption request with monies in my balance.
Pulsz sent me a response on November 19th, 2022 stating that all of my paperwork including an affidavit notarized was received, and that they had everything. Pulsz sent the following email, November 25th, 2022 stating that the security team has closed my account. Please help resolve this issue.
