Been waiting on a redemption from pulsz since last week, asked for purchase method verification which I sent over to them with no response they told me it would take 72 hours and would receive an email, but were way past that. Mind you it’s the same payment method they asked me to verify 3 times before, I’m convinced they just do this when you win a large amount in hopes that you cancel and lose it cause how many times can you ask to verify the same payment method I’ve used since opening the account and had dozens of redemptions, I’m planning on closing my account with them after/if they pay me out, there process is just to drawn out and I’ve just had way to many bad experiences with them, they’re customer support is horrible and doesn’t answer questions.
