Pokies2go account closure and money taken

Hello


I played at Pokies2go.io casino many months ago and haven’t played for approximately 9months

Today I signed on and noticed that I still had 0.005BTC OR 5mBTC (millibitcoin) in my account.

This equates to roughly 315 euro at the time of this post.

The money has been sitting in my account since roughly July 2024 and was still in there today.

When I went to play the slot no games were working and after chatting to live chat I was told the tech team would be notified and I would receive a reply via email.

A few hours later I received an email telling me to close my account as they don’t use mBTC anymore and start a new account and they would add a $5 bonus!

This is beyond unacceptable and extremely unfair.

Upon returning to my account to gather some other details such as my previous deposits I was shocked to learn my account had been blocked and when I asked the live chat they told me that she would again report to management and leave it with them.

I will post my chats I had with the live chat and also with the pokies2go manager via email below.

If this was any sort of bonus it would have expired by now. The fact they didn’t tell me anything and just locked me out and took my money when it had been in my account for 9+ months is not fair or morally right.

Please help me recover my funds.

Let me reply in a few points:

1. The user never played at pokies2go. He has 0 bets, 0 deposits and no gameplay whatsoever. He made up a story to sound better. He has had an account for 4 years. Only zeroes on his account, except the no deposit bonus issued by us. Which he did not claim.

2. The funds he "still had" on his account was a no deposit bonus issued by us over a year ago, and it was in mBTC. Those are issued in our sole discretion and we have revoked his no deposit since it wasn't claimed for over a year. The best part is that he wanted to withdraw the full amount, claiming it is his money that he left on the account. From 0 deposits he had.
Also, our support told him to create a new account in a currency we still support ( we removed mBTC due to a lot of providers not supporting it) to actually give him the no deposit and he refused. "No worries this will cost you most in the long run if you try to screw me like that " Nobody "screwed" him but we offered to give him the no deposit and he made a complaint.

3. With all that said you are not a real player at our casino, we don't have anything further to discuss in this case. You never deposited, never played, you just made a complaint because we won't give let you withdraw the no deposit bonus that you were given over a year ago, and it has gone in value since it is a cryptocurrency. Amazing idea, but try somewhere else.
