Pokies2go account closure and money taken

I played at Pokies2go.io casino many months ago and haven’t played for approximately 9months
Today I signed on and noticed that I still had 0.005BTC OR 5mBTC (millibitcoin) in my account.
This equates to roughly 315 euro at the time of this post.
The money has been sitting in my account since roughly July 2024 and was still in there today.
When I went to play the slot no games were working and after chatting to live chat I was told the tech team would be notified and I would receive a reply via email.
A few hours later I received an email telling me to close my account as they don’t use mBTC anymore and start a new account and they would add a $5 bonus!
This is beyond unacceptable and extremely unfair.
Upon returning to my account to gather some other details such as my previous deposits I was shocked to learn my account had been blocked and when I asked the live chat they told me that she would again report to management and leave it with them.
I will post my chats I had with the live chat and also with the pokies2go manager via email below.
If this was any sort of bonus it would have expired by now. The fact they didn’t tell me anything and just locked me out and took my money when it had been in my account for 9+ months is not fair or morally right.
Please help me recover my funds.
