30th of august 2019 I made a withdrawal request that has been under investigation for a month now. I have verified my account with ID and bank statement. The money is not locked because of some bonus and I have not violated any of Pokerstars terms or conditions. I have not received an explanation for why the money is not paid out or how long I have to wait. I usually not get any reply from the emails I sent. One reply I did get however was "the more emails you send us the longer you have to wait". I like playing at Pokerstars and I have understanding for delays that are inevitable to keep a casino secure and prevent fraud. But there has to be a good communication, my feeling at the moment is that Pokerstars have no interest in paying out my $2500 and chances are small I will ever receive them.

Pokerstars opened up my account and paid out the money exactly as they said. The reason it has taken long time for me to answer is that the link from AskGamblers to reply leads to my complaint but I could not find any way to reply. I was not logged in and that is why. Thumbs up for both AskGambler and Pokerstars. I can also add that my verification was completed about one week prior to the payout so the first 3 weeks of waiting was probably legit. Happy gambling!
