Hi, I am writing my issue with the poker stars.
I withdraw 400 dollars on the 21st of October , in the meantime, my IBAN number on Revolut changed.
I email them after 10 days still without funds on the bank account. I got the answer from them:

We understand that you would like to receive your funds as soon as possible and we can confirm the following withdrawal has been approved:

That was the only answer back for almost 20 days. I am emailing them every day. I send them several times my new IBAN number and there is absolutely no one to answer anything back, basically they stopped any communication with me as their customer.!
