Hello, my pokerstars account has been restricted for almost a week now. Due to Routine security investigation that is supposed to be resolved in"minutes", I have received the email that requested id+proof of address which I sent right away to pokerstars support, since then despite sending in numerous emails to their support, I only received one answer - your verification is pending, emailing us again about the this issue will only slow down the process...

This is really unacceptable, I never had any issues with pokerstars before, having made deposit just prior of $400 I was looking to partake in specific tournaments. What is taking such a long time?

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
