Hi. Good morning to everybody. As it has been usual lately among the users of PS (even those who take the longest time) we feel forgotten by the customer service. I made a withdrawal to my bank account of 45500 € 20 days ago, well, it is still in revision status and obviously nobody responds to any of the 20 emails that I have sent. Before they took 3-5 days. It is amazing the deal with the client that they are having lately.

After reviewing your account, we see that the withdrawal in questions was processed on 11-06-2019, the funds should have been in your account within 3 to 5 working days.
