After reviewing your account and communications for you, we see that the issue with your account restrictions was resolved on 12-06-2020. We also notice that your account was frozen a few times, because of a duplicate account, the last time on 29-12-2020, but that your account was fully reinstated on 01-01-2021, and that there have been no further issues.
Please understand that, during these ongoing difficult times because of the Covid situation, our teams are extremely busy and this has affected their response time, which will be longer than we would like. However, we are doing our utmost to reply to everyone in the shortest time possible.
