Good day, i created a pokerstars account a few days ago, yesterday was the first time i deposited USD$100.00 to my account, after doing this about 2 hours after i tried logging in to play and i have been getting a message stating that my account is frozen. I have tried using the contact us option for support but i am unable to send, i do not know why. I then emailed them concerning this with no replies. I find this very unprofessional and would either like them to refund me my USD$100.00 or give me access to my stars id: jaggernauth7582 account.

Your help in this matter, will be greatly appreciated as not getting a response from them and not being able to log on to play my money which i deposited is extremely frustrating.
