I have been a member of pokerstars for around 3 years. I have had many successful deposits and withdrawals. On the 01/01/20 my account was froze. I received an email from [email protected] saying during a routine check my account has been froze. I was asked to provide some information, which I did straight away. It has been 2 weeks now and no response. I have money on my account aswell.
