Hi,
I have been playing on Pokerstars for a few years now and would consider myself a top tier costumer. However, just over 2 months ago my account was frozen for no reason. I have tried to contact them multiple times with the first email being sent over 2 months ago - without a single reply back. Any advise on how to actually get a reply from their costumer service? Please help.
