PokerStarsCasino, i deposited 10 USD, i played live book of dead , my balance went up to 55 USD aproximately, i got tired, then i logged out of the casino, then on same day, 5 hours late i tried to login to my account and received a message that my account was frozen, and to contact support, i have contacted support and i dont have recieved any response o reason about this, only a generic email saying they are busy now and to expect and extende time for a reply (what that means?), im very upset by this as i was not informed of anything and they are simply not answering my emails, i want a reponse from their part
