Hi, My Account was frozen on April 25th at midnightish shortly after winning a large amount of money. In total I have 12-13000 on the account. I have sent emails to Suppor­t@s­tar­sac­cou­nt.u­k/­sec­uri­ty@­sta­rsa­cco­unt.uk­/we­car­e@p­oke­rst­ars.com and ALL OF THEM are ignoring me. On twitter I have spoken to Pokerstars support who told me the issue is being resolved and I will receive an email ASAP. This was 5 days ago and i have yet to receive any further communication from them! I have not been given a reason or solution on why and how my account is frozen. Also they are now ignoring me and 20 other individuals on twitter who are in similar positions! From a company as big as pokerstars this is a joke. Furthermore I have alot of money stuck on the account! Please help as I want this fixed asap!
