Hi
I opened my first ever account with Poker Stars a couple of weeks ago and made two deposits, £50 and £40 approx no problem and was playing away fine.
I was on business in Poland, account registered in U.K., and got a restriction notice and email requesting explanation (see above) and for verification docs.
I emailed the explanation by return on around 30th Sept and emailed the docs to the return email address on the 3rd Oct. I also sent the docs again to security and verification email addresses on 4th October as well as uploading them to the website via the online form that day as well.
I followed up by email on 7th / 8th October but have received ZERO response.
Would just like my account back and to be able to play again...

Hi,
I sent a further email to three Polerstars email addresses this morning (11th Oct) and actually got a response saying my account has been reinstated.
I’ve checked and it is all working OK.
I suppose this complaint is resolved.
