Account is restricted due to a routine control, no further information

Dear,
Right after a 300 euro deposit my account was restricted due to a routine security investigation. This happened on monday the 30th of September. After I received an email from Stars Security in which they requested documents to verify my account I uploaded my documents within a short period of time. Since then I have send several emails requesting an update or simple response from Pokerstars. Unfortunately I never received any response besides "you original query is already in our queues and will be handled as soon as possible". I would like some help about what I should do next.
