Last thursday while playing I got a notification that my account is froozen due to a Routine Inspektion. A couple of minutes later I recieved an Email asking me to provide a picture of my passport and a proof of adress. I did so right away. I have been waiting for a response now for over a week. I also contacted them via Facebook and they just told me to wait but that my case will be prioritized. That was two days ago but still nothing. There are about 1100$ left in the account.
