i created an account, deposited 20$ and then they froze my account and i cannot access my money. tried to contact them for a week now on all channels and no response. also neteller is trying to contact them but to no avail. at this point i just want my money back. and it troubles me that they are not responding on any of the 5 different email addresses i wrote to them on.
