I am currently in holidays in spain, Last week I decided to log on my pokerstars account and received a message letting me know my account was “ under routine check “ and I should wait “ a couple minutes “ and if theres a problem I will be directly notified, it has been just over a week and I unfortunately received nothing despite sending several emails and being able to provide all information needed. I have 1200$ frozen on the account.
