So on the 17th of September I won some money on pokerstars uk on the mobile app.
It allowed me to withdraw some of it with no problem at all but £1229 of it has gone to pending and has been like this since. I also have a further £382 in my account I cannot withdraw because of this. I have never had any issues with this casino before and am I fully verified player who has made many deposits and withdrawal before. I have tried to contact pokerstars uk through the email link if they’re website at least 3 times over the last 8 day period with no response at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
