Delayed withdrawal requests 1-3 months old

I have been playing at planet seven for a few years. the games are fun, and the bonus matches are generous. the problem is the delay with approving withdrawals. as of today I have 17 withdrawal requests 14 of those requests range from 1 month to 3 months old. my last approval was said to have been expedited (and approved )three weeks ago, but only showed as approved 3 days ago. i have been getting my approved withdrawals at a rate of about one per month.
I am attaching docs which I highlighted (in green) actual approved withdrawals . I also highlighted (in yellow ) all withdrawal requests, and highlighted the matching bonus amounts, and withdrawal requests that correspond to matching bonus amounts( in violet ). I separate the matching bonus amount withdrawal requests from the other amounts to help me avoid confusion.
my actual viable withdrawal requests up to 9/15 total $13,171.32 that does not include the $1600 recently approved, or the 3 most recent requests of $435 (from comp points) on 9/16, $2500, and $1534 from 9/18.

I think I have a handle on this now--hopefully, it will all make sense...
I've attached the relevant part of the reconciliation and I'm going to go line by line to explain all of this:
On line 13, you'll see that you requested a comps redemption in the amount of $267, giving you a balance of $270.24. You managed to build that balance up to $2006.64 and requested the withdrawal amount of $2006 (line 11).
On line 10, you'll find that the withdrawal was denied, as you had not fully completed the wagering requirements, so the funds were returned to your account so you could continue wagering.
From there, you managed to further build your balance--enough so to request three withdrawals (lines 9,8 & 7), however, because the funds came from comp points, the maximum you would be able to withdraw would be $267 (1x the amount of the comps). With this, the $267 was paid and the balance was voided.
I'm crossing my fingers that this finally clears things up. ;-)
