On 6/28/2023 I redeemed a total of $5900 in winnings.
I have redeemed several winnings in the past and always now having to go through verification. Oddly, I submitted all requested documents on 6/30/2023 and have submitted several support tickets with no response. Only generic responses for example "your request has been received"
Since 6/29 my redemption status says "in progress bank transfer $400,$600,$2900,$600 and $1400 but still nothing has been transferred.
I have submitted pictures of my debit card, ID, and bank statements for verification numerous times, and still nothing besides generic answers and closed chats with a different support agent each time. I went through the whole day attempting to chat and no one responded until mid-day with the same generic response claiming the KYC Team has the request.
Can someone please help me in getting my redemption deposited? This happens to be a time that I am really in need of my winnings, I have a daughter who is headed back to school.
Please help!!
