Royal Vegas Casino - Giving me the run around with verification

I recently tried to withdraw $3000 in winnings. 24 hours later i was asked for document verification which is fair enough. I sent in all required documents and was told they werent recieved and had to resend them 3 times over the period of a week. Yesterday i recieved and email that said they would like a copy of my passport and drivers license which is currently dont have either of so i sent in a picture of a government issued photo i.d. When i sent the government approved i.d the only email i recieve back is one requesting a passport or drivers license which is silly seeing as their policy states a government issued i.d CAN be used. I'm starting to get sick of the time delays and its starting to feel as if they arent going to pay me out at all.

I have received confirmation from our Payments team that your documents have indeed been verified and that the withdrawal of $500 that you made will be paid via Swift today.

The $3000 was refunded back to your casino account and you only withdrew $500 from that again so far.

As we do not flush withdrawals over weekends (when the withdrawal was requested) your cash-in of $2500 was processed yesterday to your Swift account.
