Money forfeited

Hello,

BTC365 casino have his website under meintance. I have been told on chat, they are changing system. But looks like they closed the bussines.
They keep my money on hold ( I was able to make a screenshoot with around 600usdt, but yesterday sum was around 750USDT.

Now I can't log in at all and site doesn't work properly.

They don't answears my emails from 01.02.2025

Can i get your @AskGamblers help please?

P.S. My account was fully verified, I pass KYC and made lot of transactions.

I have been playing on this bookmaker’s website for a long time.
I played in the casino and placed bets.
The bookmaker regularly paid out my winnings from the casino.
But at one point after a big win - he asked for verification and video verification - which I successfully passed very quickly, as the bookmaker himself told me that everything was fine with my verification.
After which I requested a withdrawal of funds - and he decided to block my account and pocket my $600.
To the question why did this happen?
The bookmaker does not respond and refuses to return the money.
As if I had violated something, but I had been playing with them for a long time and before that they paid me my money.

Hello dear friends, I do not recommend anyone to play in this casino. Once upon a time I played btc365, half a year later I remembered that I had an account in this bookmaker and made a deposit of 135 dollars. After making a couple of bets, I won and ordered $200 for withdrawal, leaving a little in my account. The money was never paid. There were 289 dollars on the account and they took 489 dollars. They closed the account, and they say we have the right to do so. When I asked what exactly I had violated, they told me in the chat that the decision was final and not subject to review. They accused me of something, although they themselves stole my winnings and deposit. These are scammers. https://www.askgamblers.com/ Remove them from your site so that people are not deceived.

I've been playing on this site for more than a year now and have been able to withdraw and deposit money easily before, until I had to do a KYC. After making this KYC I receive an email telling me this (Which can also be seen in the first picture). "Hi Sir. As the game provider have detected that there's an abnormal activities in your account, we're sorry to inform you that you cannot login and play with BTC365 as your account have been suspended and permanently locked."

Weirdly enough I am not unable to log in and I'm not unable to place bets. So I contacted support again as they didn't answer via email after my confirming that I was verified. So then they confirmed it and said that they had to do some investigating into my account before I could withdraw money. They never got back to me after this either, I had to contact them via chat again, where they then said they have to keep my account on hold for 6 months "for further investigation".

Lastly, I have about 8500$ worth of crypto on the site that is on hold... Which can be seen in the last attached picture.
