I have been using gv for a few yrs now and mostly found them good,except for the time they refused my wd of over 200 one time because i went over their max spin rule..(which i didn't know about).
I made a dep 2 days ago and spun through it and won nothing but then they gave a free 25 with wagering req and max wd of 180..i did it and requested 160 when i realised i had completed the wagering.Then later that day i came back when a little bored and saw that i had comp points so i decided to play with them and managed to win another 25 so i decided to try wd that as well, so two seperate wd requests of 160..and 25 a few hours apart. Then i wait 2 days to find 2 emails saying both requests declined. I log back in to my account and there is a balance of 180. So i get onto the chat service and after an hour and a half waiting for someone to reply i finally get someone and start to ask what's going on..and after waiting another ten mins for him to reply i get disconnected as the casino times out for not being in use...!! I actually like the casino,but find the chat extremely slow lately..but this nonsense with waiting several days not knowing if the wd has worked and then the long wait for chats and no answer as to what's going on is a major pain..!!

as written above...they paid out but my point was to warn others of this type of situation.
Thanks to all for the replies.
I got most of the money..if slightly under protest because i had read the terms and didn't recognise this in the terms.

I have looked into this and I see you have redeemed the Comp points on a positive balance. Please note this is not allowed because the wagering requirement from the bonus and the comp points are different. In the future make sure to withdraw your winnings before adding to the positive balance. I am glad to know you have received your winnings. congratulations!
