21 Casino - Payment delayed and no answer from financial department for days now

I started playing on 23.07 and deposited about 1000 and won about 12000. I tried to withdraw 10k but I needed to verify my acc so I did that and my withdraw was accepted on 27.07. today is 05.08 and my money didn't come they are not answering my emails oveer 30h , on live chat they sad they forwarded me to financial department and set me to high priority but no answer. sorry for my bad english. have screenshots and chat transcripts

it was my banks fault , 21 casino did send my money , my bank made a mistake. please cancel my complaint i withdrew my money. sorry 21 casino
