Withdrawal troubles
Hello I made a withdrawal request of £850 via trustly as this is the option I used to deposit. Unfortunately this option was not available when I went to withdraw quite strange as it was showing when I deposited as this was and always has been my chosen payment method. I then choose bank transfer. It was showing pending the next day my withdrawal request was cancelled by the casino and put back onto my gaming account. Surprised by this as my account was fully verified with an email to prove this as I sent passport driving license and proof of payment, I also won without a bonus offer and very fairly playing deal or no deal.
Hour or 2 later when I tried to log back in my account had been suspended so completely surprised as to why this had occurred I contacted customer service who advised the next day m account had been blocked due to a business decision. And the withdrawal request was under review with a different department at the casino.
It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and still I have not received my winnings they just keep telling me that it’s still under review. One person in live chat advised that they won’t be withholding my funds as they don’t need 2 an they should be cleared at the end of the week. Screen shot also to prove this conversation. Another colleague later advised that there had been miss communication and this was not true as the relevant team are still investigating
Really annoyed with how I have been treated at the casino and don’t understand what it is there investigating as my account was fully verified and won without any bonus offer. I feel there doing anything they can so they don’t have to pay out. I am also glad they blocked my account as I would never play there again anyway after the inconvenience they have caused.
Could you please intervene and help get my winnings I won fairly please as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere fast just keep getting told it’s still with the relevant team. I also had problems with a previous withdrawal but in the end this was processed finely
Kind regards, mr coulson
