Withdrawal sat at processing
Hello, I recently put through for a withdrawal of £17000 and then a further £392.14 on the 9th of August. These were placed on hold for security checks which were completed on 13th August and the withdrawal status was changed to Scheduling your payout.
The withdrawals have sat like that ever since, I first contacted PartyCasino about this and was informed that the withdrawals were not sent successfully and that they would refer the case to the payment department for investigation.
This has been under investigation for about 60 hours now. Any withdrawal in the past has gone through and I receive the money within about 6 hours. But this is getting frustrating, the fact it has been ongoing for 6 days in total.
All I keep being told by customer service is that it is still being investigated and I will hear back in an email. I rarely ever get emails from PartyCasino regarding any issues until I contact them first.
The total amount that is still sitting waiting to be processed is £17,000 on one withdrawal and £392.14 on a second withdrawal.
