Not paying
hi on the 16/01/2021 i opened an account with party casino, i deposited £120 straight away they blocked my account and said they need ID and Proof of bank card and address no worries i done that, 9 days later my account is unblocked wheey! (25/01/2021)
My £120 deposit was still in my account so i decided to play roulette and some slots, and got quite lucky and turned the £120 in to around £30,000
i decided to take £26500 and went in for the withdrawal, next day my account is blocked again?? 26/01/2021 contacted them to be told a team is looking in to it and will contact me , got a email asking for a iban number, sort code and account sent this all in didn't hear anything back until the 31/01/2021 when they said:
Dear Kathleen,
We are contacting you in regards to your withdrawal request.
I would like to kindly inform you that a manual cashout for GBP 26,380.08 with Transaction ID: 16121286993757874 has been initiated via Fast Bank Transfer.
Please be informed that it would take up to 2 business days for a cashout request to be processed on our end, and then an additional time of 2 to 4 business days will be needed for your bank to process the funds to your payment account.
Your understanding is appreciated.

i thought great! finally i will be getting money soon, until today... 03/02/2021 when i got a email saying this..

i don't get why this is happing to me, I've never had any problems in the past withdrawing money from casinos but party casino clearly wanna play game for some un-known reason, nay documents they have requested i have sent in.
