They blocked my 372 euros

Hello on February casino closed my account without any reason (I play fair in slots there) and blocked my 372 euros(my account status is 'inactive'). I wrote to them couple of times since February by emails/live chat but got no response or on livechat got response as: 'you have to wait for answer patiently' which means I'm waiting for response over a month and this case took over 4 month.

I would like to payout my balance.

Ovitoons casino confiscated winnings of 2000

Hello,

I made a deposit to Ovitoons casino on 31.12.2021 of 75€.

After completing the wagering requirement as you normally would according to the bonus terms, I made a withdrawal of 2000€ on 01.01.2022 (withdrawal was in 2 parts so 2x 1000€).

To my surprise they cancelled my withdrawal and confiscated my winnings. They claim that I have and I quote "played on jackpot slots and slots like Jack Hammer, which is prohibited while having an active bonus", which I know for fact to be a false statement. I have definitely not played these slots, as I checked every slot I played very carefully.

In fact, as you can see from the provider wagering distribution I provided, I played total zero slots from provider Netent with this bonus, and Jack Hammer is a Netent slot. They did provide me with some partial, sketchy "play history" screenshot via email, in which they also accused me of playing Jack Hammer, Mega Joker and Sticky Diamonds RHFP. This screenshot or whatever it is that they provided, can not be accessed anywhere on their site and is full of some unexplained numbers and a lot of zeros. As I explained before and you can see from the screenshots I provided, I did not play a single Netent slot with this bonus, so how could have I played Jack Hammer or Mega Joker(which is also Netent slot)? I really think this proves that the casino is not operating in good faith and is trying to come up with things in this matter, not even considering that I know for a fact that I did not play any restricted games with this bonus.

They did not answer anymore after 14.2.2022.

I tried to submit this complaint earlier, but it was declined due to insufficient information, If I remember correctly, and also my personal time constraints due to personal stuff have played a part. I now try probably for the last time and seek your help on this matter.

Just to be clear, everything I have provided along with this complaint in terms of numbers, information, screenshots. This is all that I have available to provide for you related to this matter. I don't have access to chat logs or any real play logs and they are not willing to provide those.
