Withdraw still pending for days

I tried to make a withdraw on the 20th of august for $1500, 1 hour later I received an email asking for a photo of my debit card which was already uploaded and verified. So I uploaded it again just to hurry it up. I then tried to withdraw $2500 instead as I had a win while waiting for the first withdraw, Then since that day I have heard nothing at all my withdraw is still pending nobody has even bothered to send the money. I have asked chat a few times and all have given me different time frames for withdraws which is kind of scary. It's a dama n.v casino which I know from experience with they're casinos withdraws are usually sent within a few hours Max. I don't think I'm getting my money and it's pretty scary as I have deposited a lot of money here already, I was actually told on the 20th that it would be processed asap, I don't know what they're idea of asap is. But I hope you can help me get my money.

Yes I have received my withdraw and in full,once it was sent I received it in less than 24 hours, I don't know why someone didn't just send it earlier, but anyways that's ok now I have received my money and will continue to play here. Hoping this doesn't always happen. I would love a silver status, I don't really know what it means but hopefully it's good, thank you for your reply and this case can be closed, I'm sorry if I have wasted anyone's time
