Still Pending time

So this is my 2nd withdraw. My first was annoying and delayed and just not up to standard for a casino in 2022, however I was assured by Olympia casino that it was a one off and wouldn't happen again. I was trusting and kept playing here for a while since then and finally had a win of $500 tried to withdraw and it has apparently been sent 6 days ago. That's right 6 days ago never in my life has money taken 6 days to hit my bank so it's obviously not been sent or someone sent it to the wrong bank.

I have asked in live chat to confirm they have sent it to the right bank which I was told was correct. However they won't send me a screen shot or any proof of payment so I'm guessing they just haven't sent my money.

I tried to make a withdraw on the 20th of august for $1500, 1 hour later I received an email asking for a photo of my debit card which was already uploaded and verified. So I uploaded it again just to hurry it up. I then tried to withdraw $2500 instead as I had a win while waiting for the first withdraw, Then since that day I have heard nothing at all my withdraw is still pending nobody has even bothered to send the money. I have asked chat a few times and all have given me different time frames for withdraws which is kind of scary. It's a dama n.v casino which I know from experience with they're casinos withdraws are usually sent within a few hours Max. I don't think I'm getting my money and it's pretty scary as I have deposited a lot of money here already, I was actually told on the 20th that it would be processed asap, I don't know what they're idea of asap is. But I hope you can help me get my money.
