Delayed withdraw of my $500 for 6 days

So this is my 2nd withdraw. My first was annoying and delayed and just not up to standard for a casino in 2022, however I was assured by Olympia casino that it was a one off and wouldn't happen again. I was trusting and kept playing here for a while since then and finally had a win of $500 tried to withdraw and it has apparently been sent 6 days ago. That's right 6 days ago never in my life has money taken 6 days to hit my bank so it's obviously not been sent or someone sent it to the wrong bank.

I have asked in live chat to confirm they have sent it to the right bank which I was told was correct. However they won't send me a screen shot or any proof of payment so I'm guessing they just haven't sent my money.

They finally paid me, I won't play there again, seems like they struggle to pay out this is the 2nd drama I had there and I only made 2 withdraw lol they never offered me any compensation or anything for my troubles, after my last complaint they offered me a higher VIP its literally in the complaint and they didn't even give it to me lol, just be careful here

Withdraw still pending for days

I tried to make a withdraw on the 20th of august for $1500, 1 hour later I received an email asking for a photo of my debit card which was already uploaded and verified. So I uploaded it again just to hurry it up. I then tried to withdraw $2500 instead as I had a win while waiting for the first withdraw, Then since that day I have heard nothing at all my withdraw is still pending nobody has even bothered to send the money. I have asked chat a few times and all have given me different time frames for withdraws which is kind of scary. It's a dama n.v casino which I know from experience with they're casinos withdraws are usually sent within a few hours Max. I don't think I'm getting my money and it's pretty scary as I have deposited a lot of money here already, I was actually told on the 20th that it would be processed asap, I don't know what they're idea of asap is. But I hope you can help me get my money.

Still Pending time

Hello, AskGamblers.

I spoke to the LiveChat support before signing up on the site about what the pending time was. I was told 0-12 hours and it even said 0-1 hours on the AskGamblers site.

So I deposit around 1000 euros and won 1000. I tried to withdraw the 2000 euro and it's still pending time after more than 24 hours now and even more, before the complaint will come up. So we are long above what the claim the pending time would be.

When I ask for help in the LiveChat they just tell me to wait a little bit more.

I attach the proof that my account is verified and how long my withdrawal has been in pending time.
