Keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given time AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other option but to reject this complaint upon submitter's unwillingness to cooperate.

I have spoken to Ibas and ukgc for advice due to the lack off communication from yourself. As you are aware I have sent all the correct documentation but you still ask for more even though this has been accepted by many other online casino which are much bigger than NYSPINS and had much bigger payouts in the past.
I can’t understand why you don’t accept a certificate of winnings from Monte Carlo that was sent to me from there email with there email address on and logos in the email. You can see by the email that I forwarded on that it has come from them and the certificate of winnings is in pdf format which is more than acceptable.
I put a complaint on with NYSPINS because you was not telling me any information but you haven’t done anything about this complaint just saying that you require another copy of this certificate of winnings from 2019 which you shouldn’t need anyway as I deposited just over 2k which was from the winnings from videslots. I have sent more than enough documentation for the deposits I made this is just clearly a delaying tactic not to payout on time.
Come upto eleven weeks now absolute disgrace?
If you did need another copy of the certificate of winnings why didn’t you ask for this weeks ago when I sent this in??? Clearly just wasting time.
