I'm disappointed to say that I have had a similar experience to some other complaints I've found from a search regarding verification delays from this casino.
I was looking for a new casino site to become my go-to site, and I liked the look of the games that NYSpins had on offer - but it has taken them more than 14 days now to verify my account. An issue I've never had before with any other casino.
- Documents were uploaded on the website, shortly after I registered
- Documents were uploaded again after further correspondence
- Several follow-up emails sent
Templated email response sent explaining why they need to verify accounts. I'm familiar with the KYC process, but do find 2 weeks to verify quite remarkable and am now a little concerned that this website might not be legit?
