I deposited around £1,400 and won just over £18,000 on 26th of October. I supplied photo of bank card, ID and a bank statement for verification. I received an email from them on 28th of October requesting access to my bank account via a credit monitoring service as well as a photo of me holding my ID. Two days later I still have had no information about the status of payments.
The issues I am facing are exactly the same as others on this forum, very slow response times and no clear communication from live chat.
I am concerned that they pose a credit risk to me because often when people are late with payment it suggests they have cashflow issues. If they were to go bust now I would be out of pocked not a small amount of money I am owed.
