Hello ASKGAMBLERS! I won a good amount of money the 25th of october, i got an email for verification as soon as i requested an withdrawl. As i was told i sent in all the documents 2 minutes after the email arrived, i double checked with Sarah their chat supporter. She said all was good and hopefully the money would reach me allready afternoon the 26th! But after 1 week of waiting, 1 week of texting with them without any respons i got tierd of waiting. The chat tells me everyday that i would have an answer from the "security team" within 24h but gues what? 168h later i still havent got any answer and still no money. I got an new email from them yesterday where i should send in the same documents once again?? Why? i'dont know. I did as i was told and got back to chat once again, they got the documents and the security team should look at them asap the support named Marco told me. Now today the 1/11 i try to get an answer from chat so i if the security team looked at my documents as i was told. But gues what? no they havent. Please Askgamblers, help me out cus with this cus im tired of spending my time at their chat without any progress and i got a feeling that they dont really care.
