Hello AskGamblers team,

I am reaching out here in hopes of getting help with a withdrawal that was supposed to be approved tomorrow 2025-05-19 according to their T&C from an online casino listed on your platform but was declined for no reason.

I was lucky enough to win €10,850 and initially requested a withdrawal of €4,950 on 2025-05-12 wish have been on pending since then. Today 2025-05-18 I was playing a little, and lost €2,850 and then stopped playing and i have still €8000 in balance . After this i went into the online casino "Transactions" to check if my withrawal is still on pending or maybe its approved but it was rejected for nothing? i then contacted Live support who replied that they do not know what happend and saying that they have forwarded this to be analyzed internally and they need more time? According to their T&C the withrawal time frame is within 48 hours but no longer then 5 working days if you make a withrawal from €500 euro - €4,999. Tomorrow 2025-05-19 is gonna be the fifth day and this is really weird that it gets rejected when tomorrow is the fifth day. I dont want to wait another 5 days, this is not okey.

I am fully verified also.

I really hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I have enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.

Hi,
I just want to let you know that I was in contact with support yesterday 2025-05-19 regarding what caused my withdrawal to freeze. According to support, they say it was a technical issue and that there was no further information. Support recommended that I remove my withdrawal and re-add the withdrawal, which I did according to support's recommendation to withrawal 4999 EUR According to support, the time is not affected if the withdrawal is removed due to a glitch or something like that but for me it seems to be affected Because if it wasnt i should recieved the same withrawal yesterday. The time frame now is 2025-05-23 for my withrawal to be approved.. this is kinda sad i wish to have this Complaint open till i recieve my funds.

Hello AskGamblers,
I just wanna confirm that i recieved the withrawal of 4999 EUR today, and the complaint can be closed for now. I still have 3000 EUR in balance wish i have not withraw yet.
If i decide to withraw it and get problem i Will reopen the complaint
