Hi Good Day
My name is Nadine < surname removed >I am a South African player I have been a client for a few years at Mfortune Casino and actually won twice the amount of R950 and withdrew my winnings to be paid via Eft provided a Swift code and all the correct details they have sent me confirmation saying that the payment has been processed on the 27th of September and money will be in my account within 3 Working days the same with the 2nd withdrawal I made on the 02 of October 2017 I have still not recieved anything in my account? Contacted my bank Capitec Bank and they said the payment would have been reflecting.by now and I must ask Mfortune for the proof of the swift code message or proof of payment into my bank account but they only provide me with my withdrawal account proof im starting to think that my money will never be paid into my account please can you help I have spend alot of money at Mfortune and am a loyal client I deserve to recieve my winnings

The payment was cancelled as you said you hadn't received it in your previous message.
This was a security measure based on your previous comment stating that you didn't have the funds in your account. As such, the payment was stopped so that it wasn't sent to the wrong person in error.
