I have been asking trying to contact support for help for 3 days now and I have been ignored, I have tried using the live chat and emails but to no avail I have contacted within opening hours but they are apparently refusing to answer me, I have screen shots of them simply saying “We’re offline” during their opening hours, I have contacted at multiple different times but with still no luck, at one point an agent responded but hours later and I didn’t get to reply due to them not sending an email *which they state will happen once an agent responds* I just would like some clarification on my withdrawal and whether my ID credentials have been successfully confirmed

It can be closed, though they didn’t reply to me via email or live chat they let me whithdrawal.
