Account closed due to ''Not passing security check'' whatever that means, no further explanations

Dear Grande Vegas casino,
I registered with Grande Vegas casino and created an account. I logged in to the online casino and tested some of the games. After 30 minutes however, I was not able to login another time. I contacted the chat team and I was told that I did not pass the security check. I was told that I may have an issue with another online merchant. This information is not correct and I believe there is no valid reason to have my account closed.

Behavior shown by the player during the course of the investigation that AskGamblers Complaints Team did on another complaints case submitted by the same complainant, is incompatible with the minimum standards of decency and normal attitude and behavior.

AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards player trying to abuse our complaints service and not using it in a good faith, therefore we took the decision to reject this case either and moreover, to ban player from using our services in the future.
