Why can't I make a withdrawal?

The option for Bank Transfer does not work. It is not possible to press the button that refers to bank transfer.

I cannot withdraw because it's greyed out so I have contacted the casino a few times ([email protected]) and ([email protected]) 9.11.2023 I sent my KYC documents. also had a question about withdrawals.

I haven't received any answers yet. I also tried live chat but that doesn't seem to work. It has been almost 3 weeks and I haven't been verified yet. I just want to withdraw my winnings of 1,378€.

The few good reviews here and on other review sites are fake in my opinion. How can anyone write that live chat is good when there is no live chat at all?

The homepage is designed for deposits only. Technically, payments are not possible at all. If you go to Payouts via another menu and then to KYC, you will get a different error. I have tried to contact them on Instagram, and they told me to do the KYC and they will approve it after maximum of 72 hours, after 3 days nothing happened, I have tried to contact them on Instagram, Facebook, email... no response at all. It's been 10 days since I tried to withdraw. That can not be a coincidence. To me it's obviously a scam and I simply don't get how they can still have a license.

This casino offers many promotions, but don't want to withdraw money when someone wins them.

I'm waiting for withdrawal from 18.04.

I tried to contact by e-mail, messenger, and WhatsApp Live Chat (almost always closed and I have to wait for an answer, but almost always nobody sends answers. One time they wrócę, that they had forwarded my case. with payment, it was 12.06. and after this, nothing changed.

They send many offers, but they don't want to pay. Any way of contact doesn't change, they don't answer.

It is impossible already for 2 months to verify my account and withdraw from this casino. They promise me to verify account, but they are not doing it. I send couple of emails to [email protected] but in vain. I withdraw 400 euro on 4.02.2023 and no reply what is going on. Is this casino a scam?

I made deposits $25 two times same day, and the money don't arrive in my casino balance until now! I wrote many emails to support, and I can't get reaction!! I don't know where is my money! :(

Só please help for me to get back, or get to my balance of my deposits!

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.

3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

After many mails, calls and many other mails my situation îs per below.

2. 05.09.22 - 10 Euro - processed

3. 13.09.22 - 1000 euro - not processed - played with bonus(wagered)

5. 14.09.22 - 634euro - not processed. - played Without bonus

6. 15.09.22 - 700euro - not processed - played Without bonus

7. 16.09.22 - 500 euro - processed

8. 16.09.22 - 100 euro - processed

Initially they processed my withdrawals and I believed that everything îss ok.

I decided to deposit on this casino because of their numerous emails about 1000% deposit bonus packages and so on. so the first deposit should be a 250% deposit.

I deposited 10€ and after I checked my account the balance was zero. Contacted them via email. I never received an answer, but the day after I saw 35,00€ in my account so I was happy about that. 

I lost the first deposit, so I went on depositing again 10,00€ for a 300% bonus. 

Now the same thing happened as the first time, so I wrote them an email again, but until this day I never got an answer, nor the 40,00€ on my account.

I am having an issue with Nordis Casino.

I made a deposit of 68€ with a bonus of 350% on top.

Max cashout in this promotion is 20x of my deposit.

After wager was done and my funds of 1284,73€ were displayed as withdrawable, I was wondering why there was no withdrawal button at all. I thought this is due to missing kyc.

So I followed their instructions and e-mailed them the documents as instructed in this FAQ page https://online.nordiscasino.com/de/deposit-withdraw-faq/

I told them those were my documents for kyc and that I would like to withdraw.

The answer I received a few days later was "I cant see any withdrawal".

So me wondering how to request a withdrawal, found out that the entire withdrawal section is only existing in desktop version.

I managed to request 3 withdrawals on July 20th. I received a brief email few days later that my withdrawal is being checked. But no action was taken from Nordis ever since.

They don't answer any e-mails and their live chat only worked exactly once. The first time I used it, I was connected to a real agent, who kicked me out of the chat as soon I was asking for guidance regarding withdrawals. From that moment on, I only received an outdated auto reply from the chatbot, who no longer understands any commands.
