NordisCasino - I can't withdraw my winnings after two weeks

Hello, what is this Casino operation? I joined NordisCasino two weeks ago, my account was confirmed. I deposited money into my account and played, now I can't withdraw my winnings. Withdrawal on the website always says kyc needed and I have sent all the necessary documents for my withdrawal to the kyc department, I have inquired about it with customer service via live chat, they don't answer and I don't get any answer to my withdrawal query by email.

This is neither customer service nor the operation of a responsible Casino.

At the very least, you should get an answer as to why I can't withdraw funds from my account.

No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Please leave us a message and we will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

Now I hope you can help me !?
