NordisCasino - Did not credit one of my deposits, terrible support service


I usually trust casino sites mentioned on Askgamblers, after checking fair play and feedback a.s.o. This time the choice was wrong because this casino try to keep my deposit, money that I trustfully deposit on their account. Nordiscasino did not credit my casino account. Missing 50€.

I have been waiting for them to credit my last payment through SKRILL on the 26.4 to my casino account. I did 3x50 € , 1x25€ deposit using Skrill on the evening of 26.4, where 2x50 failed to reach the casino for some reason, but the money was taken from my bank account.

After I contacted SKRILL on the 27.4 they found my failed 2 deposit, 2x50 and sent them to my Nordiscasino account on the morning of 28.4. (proof attached) But the casino only credited 1x50€. I checked with Skrill for the second time and they said they have sent my 2x50 and gave me a reference number to give to the casino, which I immediately did. No answers, nothing after that.

I have tried to contact the Nordis several times after the 26.4 on chat and e-mails, but they do not answere to any of my emails. The chat definitely don’t want to talk to me, they close my chat immediately and now I don’t know how to get my money. I should have 100€ on my casino account and I don´t want to play them either on this casino. They have the worst support system I have ever seen. Noting, no answers.

I haven´t played after the 27.4 when I notice the missing (failed) deposit, and never deposit with bonus, so the money on my account should be withdrawable but it seems I can not withdraw anything at the moment. Something is really wrong here.

I need help to get an answer and they definitely need to put the missing 50 on my account. They also need to talk to me about why I can not withdraw. I have also sent the all documents for verification.

The casino finally sent my money today after I manage to get the chat to talk to me.
Took 6 weeks to solve. Thanks to Askgmblers for help.

No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

Now I hope you can help me !?
