NordisCasino - Again delayed payment

Hello, I've done 999 euro withdrawal via Skrill on 20.09 and 670 euro on 24.09. Today is 29.09 and still no withdrawal or response from the casino.

I have written via email already 2 times, but no response. Last time I had the same troubles but after 8 days of waiting casino answered that they had troubles with Skrill and proceeded the payment.

For now it's already the 10th day, so I'm writing this topic to speed up the payment.

They asked me to close my askgambelrs complaint, after 2nd payment, but i said, complaint will be closed only after full summ will be paid. They also asked me to not mention any agreement with them on lcb, so i wrote there that case was resolved, assuming casino will fullfill their part of agreement, but they just decided to stop answering me, and sending money too. I can provide screenshot of first 200€ payment i recieved, and you can compare date of it, with my message on lcb. Nordiscasino is blatantly fool both of the parts, to not pay any money

I have proofs of skrill history, with their payments, and there never were summs of 1000 and 670, 2 payments 200€ each, while they owe me 1670. Casino trying to scam me , along with you

Casino asked me to leave positive comment, in swap for 200euro weekly, till my balance will be paid, 2 separate payments of 200 euro, and they stopped answering me, so 1200€ left unpaid

No Withdrawal possible

Hi.

Since 17.09.2022 I'm trying to get some help from NordisCasino Support. I was sending many emails. And im trying to catch an Live Chat Agent since I know, that I'm not able to start a request for withdrawal my money. The ChatBot is telling me always the same:

Unfortunately, we can't transfer you to one of our agents. They're currently unavailable.

Please leave us a message and we will do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Of course I'm leaving them many messages (they call it Ticket) and they never gave me a single answer to all of them.


3 days agp I've got a promo email from [email protected] with just another deposit offer (normally they sending me tons of deposit offers from [email protected], as well a whatsapp message with another deposit offer. And of course I wrote them that I dont want to deposit a single Cent, if they dont fix my withdrawal issue.

On any device , with any browse, in any language and time, the Cashier for deposit is working fine (i was depositing 10€with my VISA) and in the same "Cashier" have a button to open the tab for Withdrawal with following "errror":

Yesterday they send me an invite for the new Telegram channel. And of course, I was joining the channel, to try to get contact with someone. But the channel is only telling me "new" deposit offers.

Now I hope you can help me !?
