Withdrawal problem with Nordis

I made my first deposit to Nordis casino on 18.04.22 with the bonus code Nordis1000 which is the first deposit bonus code. I didn`t win anything and went right to zero on my balance although Nordis casino finance history shows some kind of casino session winnings of 341.76€ and the next day the balance was - 0.10€. I made my second deposit on 20.04.22 with the same bonus code to get the second deposit bonus. By the Nordis casino rules when playing with that bonus code first you use your own money and if you lose the amount deposited you start using the bonus money. I went up on my balance right from the start while using my own money and during my gambling session, I didn`t drop as low on my balance to use the bonus money. I gambled for quite some time and when I wanted to check how much more I need to wager I saw on my account that I have no active bonuses and I can withdraw all the funds on my balance which was 1070.36€ at that moment.
I contacted chat help for confirmation but all the real person chat help is offline most of the time. When finally reached a real person chat help called Marina she told me that I have to do the KYC and send my required documents to [email protected] and I did that momentarily. She did not answer any of my questions regarding the wagering or my withdrawal of the funds. A few minutes later I got an email from [email protected] which said that they have added a 10 euro no deposit bonus to my account which they only do if the account is verified. I send them some emails asking about my withdrawal issues but they stopped responding to my emails. I also wrote to support@nordiscasino.com but no answer from them as well. I have gotten ahold of chat help, Marina, a couple of times but she only sends me a link on how to get the 10 euro no deposit bonus( which I already have on my account) and doesn`t answer any of my questions. I haven`t made any bets after I saw that I have no active bonus and all my funds are withdrawable so far the 10€ no deposit bonus that they added is kept separate from all the funds that I can withdraw. I have done everything by the Nordis casino rules, but I feel that them hiding away and not answering me is because they want me to gamble more and make a mistake so they would not have to pay me my winnings. So please Askgamblers help me get my balance of 1070.36€ withdrawn and please get the full finance and betting history from them because the version that I can see on my account is incorrect and primitive.
