Withdrawal stuck in review

Withdrawal submitted 10th of June for 500 eur.

After waiting 3 business days as stated in their terms and conditions for it to be processed it is still in review status.

Sent numerous emails and chats.

I keep getting the response it’s due to an unexpected delay.

When I asked what the delay was they said they said they are not part of the team and don’t know.

I thought myself maybe to do with verification but when I went to try says no.
